How to unlock and transfer a domain
If you have a domain registered with us, and would like to transfer it to another registrar, please submit a ticket
to have the domain UNLOCKED and the AUTHORIZATION CODE sent to you. You will need to confirm with the password or the last 4 digits of the credit card in the Message Body
of the ticket. The authorization code is sent by email to the registrant email address on file on the domain. If you need it sent to a different email address, please provide us with the email address it should go to. Once you have the authorization code, you can provide this to your new registrar.
Note: We cannot unlock expired domains. The request needs to be done at least a week prior to the expiration date.
